Returns & Exchanges

At Vizzies Swim, we want you to love your purchase! Please read the details below for how returns and exchanges work for both Australian and New Zealand orders.

Australian Orders

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date, as long as the items are in original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) still attached.

  • Change of Mind:
    If you’re returning or exchanging due to a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the cost of both the return shipping and the cost to ship the new item/s back to you (if exchanging).
  • Faulty Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover all postage costs involved in the return or exchange process. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@vizziesswim.com.au.

Refund of Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you change your mind and return your order, your refund will cover the cost of the item/s only.

Note: Orders that qualified for free shipping ($99+) are unaffected by this. If the product is deemed faulty, shipping costs will be refunded. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Sale Items

Items from our Sale category are not eligible for a return or refund, unless the item is deemed faulty or defective upon receipt. Exchanges are available on final sale items within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@vizziesswim.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Faulty or defective items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

International Orders

We only accept returns (no exchanges) from overseas (outside of Australia) within 45 days of your purchase date to allow for international shipping. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) still attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • To exchange for a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size.

Sale Items

Items from our Sale category are not eligible for a return or refund, unless the item is deemed faulty or defective upon receipt. Exchanges are available on final sale items within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Important Notes

  • We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or had the tags and hygiene sticker removed.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers still attached (if applicable).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
