We do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible 💛
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timeframes, and what to expect once your order has been placed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods (sales, launches, or peak holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer - but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are a guide only, not guaranteed.
Australian Shipping
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post. All our parcels are sent requiring a signature on delivery. If you wish to have your order left without a signature, please contact us before placing your order - hello@vizziesswim.com.au
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
- Flat rate on Australian orders under $99
- Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $99 AUD
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location
Express shipping
- Flat rate on Australian express orders
- Orders placed with express shipping are typically delivered 1–3 business days to metro areas and 2–5 business days to regional areas
Please note that express shipping is an optional upgrade at checkout and delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times (Australia):
- Metro areas: approximately 2–6 business days
- Regional areas: approximately 3–10 business days
New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand using Australia Post International Standard.
- Flat rate standard shipping automatically calculated at checkout
- Free standard shipping: Orders over $200 AUD
- Express shipping available
Estimated delivery time (New Zealand):
- Standard shipping approximately 4-7 business days from dispatch
- Express shipping approximately 2-5 business days from dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
International Orders
- Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout via Australia Post
- Both standard and express shipping are available
- Delivery times vary by country and shipping method chosen
- Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are a guide only, not guaranteed
- Duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply - these are the responsibility of the recipient
- All international orders may be subject to customs checks or import fees
- We recommend checking local rules for duties / taxes before ordering
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within a few days of ordering, please check your junk folder or contact us for help - hello@vizziesswim.com.au
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work closely with Australia Post, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame, please get in touch - hello@vizziesswim.com.au
Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)
We want you and your little legends to be happy with your order 💛
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of the order date for all international orders
- All returns must be unused and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return postage - please use a tracked service if possible
- Once we receive the return, we will process a refund for the returned items (less postage costs if applicable)
- If you need a different size, simply place a new order for the correct size - this ensures you get it quickly and avoids complications with shipping exchanges internationally
- Please note: Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable
Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to duties, taxes (including GST), or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate or control these charges, and they may be payable upon delivery or when the parcel enters the destination country.
